Guwahati · Assam
An urban sanctuary grounded in the same philosophy — indigenous craft, local food, community-first hospitality in the heart of Assam's capital.
The Lodge
The word IRROI comes from the Mishing community of Majuli — a celebratory greeting for a new harvest, a new year. That spirit travels from Kaziranga to our Guwahati property: the same warmth, the same insistence on local sourcing, the same team philosophy.
Situated in Lokhra — the city's fast-growing business district, opposite Sarusajai Stadium — Irroi Guwahati offers aparthotel-style accommodation dressed in minimalist, eco-conscious interiors. A covered rooftop conference zone serves those here for work. Driver accommodation is available on request. Whatever brings you to Assam's capital, the property holds you well.

Dining
The Suite and Superior Apartment each come with a fully equipped private kitchen — modern appliances, all the cookware you need, a dining table. It is there for a quick breakfast before an early departure, or an unhurried dinner for the group. No fuss, no formality.
For longer stays, families, or guests here for medical visits, having a kitchen of your own makes an enormous difference. The housekeeping team keeps it clean daily. The rest is up to you — and the city's markets are very good.
Location
Lokhra is Guwahati's fastest-growing business corridor — and Irroi sits squarely at its centre, opposite Sarusajai Stadium. The major hospitals are within minutes: Apollo Excelcare, Nemcare, Health City, Medicity, Shankar Netralaya, and others. We particularly welcome guests arriving for medical visits or check-ups, and can arrange extended stays and driver accommodation.
When you're ready to explore: Fancy Bazar is 8 km away for street shopping. Donna Belle, Abacus Brewery, Jholekiya, and Bagan — some of the city's best dining — are all a 5–15 minute drive. Kamakhya Temple sits 29 minutes from the door. The concierge can arrange everything.
At Guwahati
One of India's most significant Shakti temples, perched on Nilachal Hill. The team can arrange early-morning visits before the crowds arrive.
At 2.9km wide near Guwahati, the Brahmaputra commands a kind of silence. Sunrise boat rides available through our partners.
Tribals from across Assam and Meghalaya gather to sell produce, textiles, and crafts. One of the best markets in Northeast India.
The same philosophy as Kaziranga — locally sourced, seasonally driven. Every meal here is a story about Assam's soil and the people who tend it.
Well-positioned for Kaziranga safaris, Shillong weekend escapes, Majuli river island, and Meghalaya's living root bridges.
Assam silk, Muga weaves, and Karbi pottery — the team can connect you with artisan workshops and family-run studios across the city.
"Every arrival is a new harvest.
Welcome to Guwahati."
